Intergenerational Training Discussion at ASTD Hits the Mark!
If you missed Greg Stevens, Senior Training Consultant at SkillQ for our monthly ASTD lunch and learn at Zea’s you missed something wonderful. This was chance to gain some great insight into what it takes to work REALLY well with all the different generations in your workplace. Sure, you may have heard these kinds of discussions before however, this one really took it down to the practical level and those who attended walked away with some specific things to do and say when they got back to work. It made me feel much better about approaching training with a room full of mixed generation learners!
